Mobile Unit Providers - MD, DO, APNP or PA
Family Health La Clinica of Wisconsin is currently seeking seasonal Primary Care Providers (MD,DO,APNP or PA's) with a passion for serving vulnerable populations. Will provide primary health services on our Migrant Mobile Health Unit. Our mobile unit provides space to treat patients who are migrant/seasonal farm workers and living in migrant camps throughout the State of Wisconsin.
Work schedule: Mid-June to late-August or early-September. 2-3 days per week. Hours variable based on travel schedule to migrant camps with some long days and a few overnight stays.
Qualifications: Credentialed and experienced Primary Care MD,DO,APNP or PA. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Strong communication skills. Proof of valid driver's license.
Community Recovery Program Director - Full time - Friendship WI
Family Health La Clinica, a Community Health Center providing primary medical, dental and behavioral health services including substance abuse recovery services, is seeking a Community Recovery Program Director. The Community Recovery Program Director will provide program development, management/oversight and direction to the Regional Recovery Program including the Community Recovery Center to be located in Friendship WI and servicing Marquette, Adams and Juneau Counties. The Director will work with the regional recovery consortium, community stakeholders, administrative and clinical staff including the Medical Director, Clinical Team and other staff to ensure the delivery of high quality services and compliance with all program requirements. The Community Recovery Program Director will continuously assess services to ensure all funding, State and Federal requirements, policies and procedures are being followed. The Director is also expected to participate in the delivery of behavioral health/AODA/Recovery services as needed and ensure all services are guided by trauma informed, evidence based educational, psycho-educational, and psychotherapeutic perspectives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required; Master's preferred. License/ Certification in Substance Abuse — WI CSAC and ICS required. Prefer dually licensed Behavioral Health/AODA clinician. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical AODA recovery field and clinical supervisory experience as well as program development and management experience.
